Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving stability of a drawing process in producing a drawn nonwoven fabric.SOLUTION: The method includes: supplying a raw nonwoven fabric 1A by a pair of first nip shafts 20 at a speed V1 that is faster than a speed V2 for drawing; drawing the raw nonwoven fabric 1A by supplying the same into a meshing site of a pair of tooth grooves rolls 31, 32 so as to obtain a drawn nonwoven fabric 1; feeding the drawn nonwoven fabric 1 by a second nip shaft 40 at a speed V3 that is equal to or more than the speed V2 for drawing; and evaluating a state of drawing of the nonwoven fabric 1 based on pixel data obtained by imaging the fed nonwoven fabric 1 by a reflection system. The rotational speed or a depth of meshing of the tooth grooves rolls 31,32 are controlled in-line based on the state of drawing of the nonwoven fabric 1 obtained by the evaluation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】延伸加工が施された不織布を製造するときの延伸加工の安定性が向上する方法を提供すること。【解決手段】一対の第1ニップ軸20によって不織布原反1Aを延伸加工の速度V2よりも速い速度V1で供給する供給工程と;一対の歯溝ロール31,32の噛み合い部分に不織布原反1Aを供給して延伸させ、延伸された不織布1を得る延伸工程と;延伸された不織布1を第2ニップ軸40によって延伸加工の速度V2と同速度以上V3で送り出す送出工程と;送出工程を経た不織布1を反射方式で撮像し、それによって得られた画素データに基づいて不織布1の延伸加工の状態を評価する加工状態評価工程とを有する。加工状態評価工程で得られた不織布1の延伸加工の状態に基づき、歯溝ロール31,32の回転速度又は噛み合い深さをインラインで制御する。【選択図】図2
