PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure the rigidity of a cover, and to prevent the breakage of the cover resulting from the distortion of a side member.SOLUTION: A fore-and-aft tank support bracket 12 of a fuel tank unit 10 is fixed to a side member 3. A fuel tank 11 is fixed to the tank support bracket 12, and extends to a fore-and-aft direction at the outside of the side member 3 in a vehicle width direction. A rear-side movement regulation member 14R has an engagement plate 25 which is arranged at a rear side of the fuel tank 11 in a crossing state in the fore-and-aft direction. The engagement plate 25 is fixed to the fore-and-aft tank support bracket 12 via upper and lower connecting rods 24a, 24b, and regulates the movement of the fuel tank 11 to the rear side with respect to the fore-and-aft tank support bracket 12. A left-upper flange part 34b of the engagement plate 25 is fixed to a cover-side plate part 29 in a state of contacting with the cover-side plate part from the inside of a cover 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】カバーの剛性を十分に確保するとともに、サイドメンバの捩れに起因するカバーの破損を防止する。【解決手段】、燃料タンクユニット１０の前後のタンク支持ブラケット１２は、サイドメンバ３に固定される。燃料タンク１１は、タンク支持ブラケット１２に固定され、サイドメンバ３の車幅方向外側で前後方向に延びる。後側の移動規制部材１４Ｒは、前後方向と交叉する状態で燃料タンク１１の後側に配置される係合プレート２５を有する。係合プレート２５は、上下の連結ロッド２４ａ，２４ｂを介して前後のタンク支持ブラケット１２に対して固定され、前後のタンク支持ブラケット１２に対する燃料タンク１１の後側への移動を規制する。係合プレート２５の左上フランジ部３４ｂは、カバー側板部２９に対してカバー１５の内側から接した状態で固定される。【選択図】図６
