Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet for nailing in which nail buckling and nail bending in the nailing or after the nailing, nail slack and nail coming out after the nailing, and the warping of a sheet and the nail coming out due to this and the displacement of the nail can be controlled, and provide its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a resin sheet for nailing comprising resin composition containing at least one kind of resin as a main component. The manufacturing method of the resin sheet for nailing of the present invention has: step (2) of molding the resin composition and obtaining the resin sheet; and step (3) of performing heat treatment of the resin sheet more than 5-minutes at temperature of 50-130°C, reducing a maximum absolute value of the internal residual stress excluding a surface layer part and a backing layer part of the post-heat treatment by 3% or more to the pre-heat treatment, and obtaining the resin sheet of the low internal residual stress where the maximum absolute value of the internal residual stress is 100 kg/cmor less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】釘打ち時または釘打ち後の釘折れおよび釘曲がり、釘打ち後の釘緩みおよび釘抜け、並びに、シートの反りおよびこれによる釘抜けおよび釘の位置変化を抑制することが可能な釘打ち用樹脂シートとその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、少なくとも1種の樹脂を主成分とする樹脂組成物からなる釘打ち用樹脂シートの製造方法に関する。本発明の釘打ち用樹脂シートの製造方法は、前記樹脂組成物を成形して、樹脂シートを得る工程(2)と、前記樹脂シートを50〜130℃の温度で5分間以上加熱処理して、当該加熱処理前に対して、当該加熱処理後の表層部および裏層部を除く内部の残留応力の最大絶対値を3%以上低下させ、当該内部の残留応力の最大絶対値が100kg/cm2以下である低内部残留応力の樹脂シートを得る工程(3)とを有する。【選択図】なし
