Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power controller which allows for appropriate control of charge and discharge of a power storage device, without requiring any periodic operation by a user, while suppressing deterioration of the power storage device.SOLUTION: A power controller 100 includes a power generation prediction unit 110 creating power generation prediction data, a consumption prediction unit 120 creating consumption prediction data, a planning unit 130 for creating a charge and discharge plan of a power storage device 330 based on the power generation prediction data and consumption prediction data, and a control unit 150 for controlling the power storage device 330 so that charge and discharge are carried out according to the charge and discharge plan. The planning unit 130 creates a charge and discharge plan so that charging of the power storage device 330 by the system power is done halfway in the inexpensive time zone TM1, and then charging of the power storage device 330 by the generated power is done, in the expensive time zone TM2, until the power storage device 330 stores the maximum power storage amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】蓄電装置の充放電を、使用者による定期的な操作を要することなく適切に制御することができ、且つ、蓄電装置の劣化を抑制することのできる電力制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】電力制御装置100は、発電予測データを作成する発電予測部110と、消費予測データを作成する消費予測部120と、発電予測データと消費予測データとに基づいて、蓄電装置330の充放電計画を作成する計画部130と、充放電計画に沿って充放電が行われるように蓄電装置330を制御する制御部150と、を備える。計画部130は、安価時間帯TM1において、系統電力による蓄電装置330の充電が途中まで行われ、その後、高価時間帯TM2において、蓄電装置330の蓄電量が最大蓄電量となるまで発電電力による蓄電装置330の充電が行われるように、充放電計画を作成する。【選択図】図1 |
