Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for calibrating a process for catching needle threads by multiple operation portions of a textile machine that manufactures a cross winding package.SOLUTION: The method for calibrating a process for catching needle threads by multiple operation portions of a textile machine that manufactures a cross winding package, which uses a device 34 for recording information relating to a process for catching needle threads of a suction nozzle, a negative pressure supply unit for supplying controllable negative pressure to the suction nozzle, an evaluating device 31 for evaluating the recorded information, and at least one control unit 31 for controlling and activating one or multiple operation portions 2 of a textile machine 1, has a step for calculating an interval (a) of the suction nozzles which is identified to be optimal.
