Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality determination method and a system of a thread fastened state which performs setting that quality determination can be immediately performed again when a detection value of the thread fastened state is slightly deviated from a boundary line of the quality determination, achieves more appropriate quality determination of the thread fastened state, and can improve thread fastening working efficiency, in a system of performing quality determination by comparing the detection value detected as the thread fastened state in a thread fastening work with an initially set reference value and its allowable range.SOLUTION: A quality determination method of a thread fastened state performs quality determination of a reference value and its allowable range which are initially set based on a detection value in a required thread fastening work, and as a result, when the detection value is deviated from the allowable range of the reference value, a preliminary allowable range that is slightly larger than the allowable range is temporarily set and changed and the quality determination of the detection value is performed again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ねじ締め作業におけるねじ締め状態として検出される検出値を、初期設定した基準値およびその許容範囲と比較してその良否判定を行うシステムにおいて、前記ねじ締め状態の検出値が良否判定の境界線から若干外れる場合に、直ちに再度の良否判定を行うことができるように設定して、ねじ締め状態のより適正な良否判定を達成し、ねじ締め作業効率を向上し得るねじ締め状態の良否判定方法およびシステムを提供する。【解決手段】所要のねじ締め作業における前記検出値に基づいて初期設定された基準値およびその許容範囲に対する良否判定を行った結果、前記検出値が前記基準値の許容範囲を外れる場合に、前記許容範囲より若干拡大する予備の許容範囲を一時的に設定変更して、前記検出値の再度の良否判定を行うように設定する。【選択図】図2
