PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weed control board that can suppress the growth of plants such as weeds in a simple structure, and can also suppress the scattering caused by wind or the like without using a fastener.SOLUTION: A weed control board is made by laminating a non-woven fabric of a basis weight of 450 g/mor less and/or an ultraviolet light prevention layer containing light shielding particles on the surface side of a water/light shielding layer containing asphalt and having surface density of 4 kg/mor more. Preferably, an asphalt ratio may be 30 mass% or less to the whole water/light shielding layer. Preferably, the apparent density of the non-woven fabric may be about 0.04-0.1 g/cm. Preferably, the non-woven fabric may be a staple non-woven fabric containing polyester fibers. Preferably, the weed control board may be laid on the ground of the backside of an installed solar panel.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】簡便な構造で雑草などの植物の生育を抑制できるとともに、留め具を用いることなく、風などによる飛散も抑制できる防草ボードを提供する。【解決手段】アスファルトを含み、かつ面密度４ｋｇ／ｍ２以上の遮水遮光層の表面側に、目付４５０ｇ／ｍ２以下の不織布及び／又は遮光粒子を含む紫外線防止層を積層して防草ボードを作製する。前記アスファルトの割合が遮水層遮光全体に対して３０質量％以下であってもよい。前記不織布の見掛密度は０．０４〜０．１ｇ／ｃｍ３程度であってもよい。前記不織布はポリエステル繊維を含む短繊維不織布であってもよい。設置された太陽光パネルの裏側の地面にこの防草ボードを敷設してもよい。【選択図】なし
