The coil conductor 22 is located between the coil conductors 21 and 23 in a Z direction. As viewed from the Z direction, the conductor parts 21a, 23a of the coil conductors 21, 23 comprise first portions 21g, 23g superposed on the edges 21a, 21dof the coil conductor 22, adjacent in the Z direction; and second portions 21f, 23f superposed on the separate portion between the edges 21a, 21dof the coil conductor 22, adjacent in the Z direction.
