PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation device capable of improving heat radiation performance even under an environment with no flow of the fluid in the vertical direction to the side surface.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a heat radiation device which is assumed to be used in the fluid in which an attractive force acts. The heat radiation device includes: a contact part which is assumed to be in contact with a heating element during use; and a non-contact part being a portion other than the contact part, which is equipped with an aperture opened in a direction including a component in the attractive force direction being a direction in which an attractive force acts during use.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】側面に対して垂直な方向の流体の流れがない環境下においても放熱能力を向上させることができる放熱装置を提供すること。【解決手段】引力が働く流体中での使用が想定される放熱装置である。前記放熱装置は、前記使用の際に発熱体に接触することが想定される接触部と、引力が前記使用の際に働く方向である引力方向の成分を含む方向に開口された開口部を備える、前記接触部以外の部分である非接触部と、を備える。【選択図】 図１
