Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data carrier and a non-contact identification information management system that enhance reliability and selectively suppress leakage of data.SOLUTION: A data carrier 10 includes at least an antenna coil 23, and at least part of a wound line of the antenna coil 23 is formed of a soft magnetic material. In addition, a non-contact identification information management system 100 comprises: the data carrier 10 including the antenna coil 23; and a reader/writer 40 that reads and writes identification information held by the data carrier 10 by an electromagnetic induction system via an antenna 30 including an antenna coil 33. At least part of the line of the antenna coil 23 or the antenna coil 33 is formed of a soft magnetic material.
