Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human resources search server that can rapidly and precisely search for a human resource with practically the same characteristics as a model human resource has.SOLUTION: A human resources search system generates a multidimensional vector of a plurality of evaluation items (parameters) for each registered person, synchronizes a multidimensional vector of each person for phrases or words (names of plural persons in this case) input for search of human resources, weights the synthetic vector, and finds a human resource close to the weighted synthetic vector (hereinafter referred to as optimum human resource).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】モデル人材の特性に近い人材を迅速かつ正確に検索することが可能な人材検索サーバ等を提供する。【解決手段】人材検索システムは、登録されている各々の人物について、複数の評価項目（パラメータ）の多次元ベクトルを生成し、人材検索時に入力されたフレーズや単語（ここでは複数人の名前を想定）について、各人の多次元ベクトルを合成し、この合成ベクトルに重み付けを行ったうえで、重みづけ後の合成ベクトルに近い人材（以下、最適人材）を探し出す。【選択図】図４
