PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appointment management device capable of preventing occurrence of patient mix-up and an appointment management program.SOLUTION: The appointment management device includes a calculation part and a display control part. The calculation part calculates a similarity between the name of a person who is going to make an appointment and the name of person who has made an appointment. The display control part causes time frames related to candidate appointment time zones of the person who is going to make an appointment to be displayed in a display manner corresponding to a time difference between each candidate appointment time zone and the time zone which is reserved for the person who has made an appointment and the similarity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】患者取り違えの発生を防止することができる予約管理装置及び予約管理プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態に係る予約管理装置は、算出部と、表示制御部とを備える。算出部は、予約予定者の氏名と、既予約者の氏名との類似度を算出する。表示制御部は、前記予約予定者の予約候補時間帯に係る時間枠を、前記予約候補時間帯と前記既予約者の既予約時間帯との時間差と、前記類似度とに応じた表示形態で表示させる。【選択図】図１
