Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member for electrophotography in which a chronological change of electric resistance value is small even for continuous use over a long period.SOLUTION: Provided is a conductive member for electrophotography in which the conductive member has a conductive shaft core and a conductive elastic layer on the conductive shaft core, the modulus of elasticity of the conductive elastic layer being 1 MPa to 100 MPa inclusive. The conductive elastic layer has a matrix including a first rubber and a plurality of conductive domains dispersed in the matrix, the conductive domains including conductive particles, and a region including a second rubber exists around the plurality of conductive domains, satisfying the relationship R<R, where Ris the modulus of elasticity of the matrix and Ris the modulus of elasticity of the region including the second rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】長期間の継続的な使用によっても電気抵抗値の経時的な変化が少ない電子写真用の導電性部材を提供する。【解決手段】導電性部材は、導電性軸芯体と該導電性軸芯体上の導電性弾性層とを有し、該導電性弾性層の弾性率が1MPa以上100MPa以下である電子写真用導電性部材において、該導電性弾性層は、第1のゴムを含むマトリクス、及び、該マトリクス中に分散された複数の導電性ドメインを有し、該導電性ドメインは導電性粒子を含み、複数の該導電性ドメインの周囲には、第2のゴムを含む領域が存在し、該マトリクスの弾性率をR1、該第2のゴムを含む領域の弾性率をR2としたとき、「R1<R2」の関係を満たす。【選択図】図1
