Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving comfort level calculation device and the like that can present a route candidate with a high driving comfort level for a driver.SOLUTION: A reception unit receives a plurality of route candidates from a terminal device mounted on a vehicle. A driving plan generation unit sets a travel time of a section where automatic driving of the vehicle should be used and a travel time of a section where the vehicle should be driven manually for each of the received route candidates.
