Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat collection system capable of suppressing deterioration of a heat medium, and a cooling medium supply system.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a solar heat collection system comprises: a solar energy collector heating a heat medium in a heat collection tube by sunlight; a heater heating fluid to be heated by the heat medium; and a heat medium flow passage circulating the heat medium between the solar energy collector and the heater.
