Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furnace temperature setting method and a furnace temperature setting device, in which in a continuous type heating furnace, by more appropriately setting an intermediate target steel slab temperature and an intermediate target soaking temperature, while satisfying restrictions on an extraction target steel slab temperature and an extraction target soaking temperature, an operation where a used amount of fuel is suppressed can be performed.SOLUTION: A furnace temperature setting method for setting a furnace temperature of each of burning zones in a continuous type heating furnace, includes the steps of: calculating an output side target steel slab temperature and an output side target soaking temperature of each of the burning zones by assuming that each of the burning zones is operated at a maximum furnace temperature while going way back in order from the soaking zone of predetermined one steel slab, calculating a furnace temperature of each of the burning zones satisfying restrictions of the output side target steel slab temperature and the output side target soaking temperature calculated of the respective steel slabs; and calculating a final furnace temperature of each of the burning zones based on the furnace temperature of the respective burning zones calculated about at least one steel slab present in the respective burning zones.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】連続式加熱炉において、中間目標鋼片温度及び中間目標均熱度をより適切に設定することにより、抽出目標鋼片温度及び抽出目標均熱度の制約を満足しながら燃料使用量がより抑制された操業を行うことを可能にする。【解決手段】連続式加熱炉における各燃焼帯の炉温を設定する炉温設定方法であって、所定の一の鋼片について、均熱帯から順に遡りながら、各燃焼帯を最大炉温で操業すると仮定して、各燃焼帯の出側目標鋼片温度及び出側目標均熱度を計算するステップと、当該鋼片について、計算された前記出側目標鋼片温度及び前記出側目標均熱度の制約を満足する各燃焼帯の炉温を計算するステップと、各燃焼帯にそれぞれ存在する少なくとも1つの鋼片についての、計算された前記各燃焼帯の炉温に基づいて、最終的な各燃焼帯の炉温を計算するステップと、を含む、炉温設定方法を提供する。【選択図】図4
