Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration type power generator which materializes reduction in the number of components thereof and has simple structure thereby being made low-profile, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The vibration type power generator comprises: a rotation center shaft 22; a bearing 24 which supports the rotation center shaft 22 in a freely rotatable manner; a stationary substrate 26 comprising a plurality of first electrodes 32; a rotary substrate 34 which is fixed to the rotation center shaft 22 and rotated relatively to the stationary substrate 26 and includes second electrodes 38; a weight 40 that is provided in the rotary substrate 34; a charge holder 42 which is provided together with the second electrodes 38; and a spacer mechanism 44 which is positioned radially outside the plurality of first electrodes 32 and the plurality of second electrodes 38. The spacer mechanism 44 is constituted of: a first groove part 48 that is formed on the stationary substrate 26 by etching; a second groove part 50 that is formed on the rotary substrate 34 by etching so as to oppose the first groove part 48; and rolling elements 46 that are stored in the first groove part 48 and the second groove part 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】部品点数を少なくして、しかも簡単な構造で薄形化を図ることができる振動型発電機及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】振動型発電機は、回転中心軸22と、回転中心軸22を回転自在に支持する軸受24と、複数の第1電極32を備えた固定基板26と、回転中心軸22に固定されて固定基板26に対して回転し、第2電極38を備えた回転基板34と、回転基板34に設けられた重錘40と、第2電極38と一緒に設けられた電荷保持体42と、複数の第1電極32及び複数の第2電極38の径方向外側に位置するスペーサ機構44とを備えている。スペーサ機構44は、固定基板26にエッチングにより形成された第1の溝部48と、第1の溝部48と正対するように、回転基板34にエッチングにより形成された第2の溝部50と、第1の溝部48及び第2の溝部50内に収納される転動体46とからなる。【選択図】 図2
