Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for an anti-PID solar cell module, excellent in barrier properties against alkali metal ions that are emitted from cover glass of a solar cell module and also excellent in heat resistance and light resistance, and an anti-PID solar cell module using the same.SOLUTION: An anti-PID film laminated between cover glass and a solar cell power generating element in a solar cell module comprises a cyclic olefin-based resin film which has a glass transition temperature of 75°C or more and 95°C or less, a cyclic olefin-based resin being a copolymer of ethylene and cyclic olefin, and the thickness of the cyclic olefin-based resin film being 40 μm or more and 125 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】太陽電池モジュールのカバーガラスから放出されるアルカリ金属イオンのバリア性に優れ、かつ耐熱性、耐光性に優れるPID劣化防止太陽電池モジュール用フィルム及びそれを用いたPID劣化防止太陽電池モジュールを提供する。【解決手段】太陽電池モジュール内におけるカバーガラスと太陽電池発電素子との間に積層するPID対策フィルムを、ガラス転移温度が75℃以上95℃以下である環状オレフィン系樹脂フィルムで、環状オレフィン系樹脂が、エチレンと、環状オレフィンとの共重合体であり、かつ、フィルム厚みが40μm以上125μm以下で構成した。【選択図】図1 |
