Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a simple configuration to clearly indicate a size of a defective portion of a surface of a detected body in full scale.SOLUTION: A defective portion clear indication device comprises: a plane light emitting type LED light source 2; a filter 3 that is installed on a light emitting plane of the LED light source 2, and that has portions in which a size is known for forming a prescribed bright and dark pattern at a part with the light transmitted and at a part with the light non-transmitted relative to a detected body CA by a translucent part 32 for transmitting light from the LED light source 2 and a shield part 31 for shielding the light; a measurement tape 4 that is adhered in the vicinity of a defective portion DF of a surface of the detected body CA; and an imaging unit 5 that has the LED light source 2 arranged so that, from a corresponding portion to the portion having a size in the bright and dark pattern known and a measuring mark of the measurement tape 4, the known portion and the corresponding portion become almost identical in a size, and photographs the surface of the detected object CA so as to have the bright and dark pattern and the measurement tape 4 reflected thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡単な構造で、被検出体の表面の不良箇所の大きさを実寸大で明示する。【解決手段】面発光型のLED光源2と、LED光源2の発光面に設置され、LED光源2からの光を、透過するための透光部32、及び、遮蔽するための遮蔽部31によって、被検出体CAに対して、光が透過した部分と光が透過していない部分とで所定の明暗パターンを形成するためのサイズが既知の箇所があるフィルタ3と、被検出体CAの表面の不良箇所DF近傍に貼付される測定テープ4と、明暗パターンにおけるサイズが既知の箇所との対応箇所及び測定テープ4の目盛りから、既知の箇所と前記対応箇所とがサイズにおいて略同一となるようLED光源2を配置し、明暗パターンと測定テープ4とが映るよう被検出体CAの表面を撮像する撮像部5とを備える。【選択図】図1
