Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten iron temperature calculation method in a blast furnace which can calculate the molten iron temperature in future tapping accurately by using tuyere camera image.SOLUTION: Inside of a tuyere is photographed with a camera installed outside of a furnace body of a blast furnace, the photographed image is resolved into three colors of R (red), G (green) and B (blue), brightness of a specific color is extracted, and the molten iron temperature is calculated by local regression analysis based on the extracted brightness data and blast furnace operation experience data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】羽口カメラ画像を用いて、将来の出銑時の溶銑温度を精度よく予測することができる、高炉における溶銑温度予測方法を提供することを目的とするものである。【解決手段】高炉の炉体外部に設置したカメラで羽口内部を撮影し、撮影した画像をR(赤)、G(緑)、B(青)の3色に分解し、特定の色の輝度を抽出し、抽出した輝度データと高炉操業実績データに基づいて、局所回帰分析して溶銑温度を予測する。【選択図】図1
