Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in lithographic offset printing where an aqueous solution of an inorganic acid such as metaphosphoric acid or a salt thereof is often added to a printing ink in order to prevent the ink from staining a non-image area or providing the ink with a face-regulating effect, a printing ink composition which enables the inorganic acid and the like to exhibit a sufficient face-regulating effect, a method for producing the printing ink composition, and a printed matter printed by using the printing ink composition.SOLUTION: Provided is a lithographic offset printing ink composition containing a loading pigment including one or more selected from calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, and barium sulfate. To the printing ink composition are added one or more selected from phosphoric acid, ammonium salt of phosphoric acid, alkali metal salts of phosphoric acid, alkaline earth metal dihydrogenphosphate, citric acid, ammonium salt of citric acid, alkali metal salt of citric acid, and magnesium salt of citric acid under a condition where coarse particles are not contained. In the printing ink composition, printing ink contains reduced moisture.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 平版オフセット印刷において、非画線部の汚れを防止する、即ち整面効果を付与するためにメタリン酸等の無機酸またはその塩類を含む水溶液を印刷インキに添加することが行われている。本発明は前記の無機酸等が十分な整面効果を発揮する印刷インキ組成物及びその製造方法、並びにその印刷インキ組成物を用いて印刷した印刷物を提供する事を課題とする。【解決手段】 炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム及び硫酸バリウムから選ばれる一つ以上を含む体質顔料を含有する平版オフセット印刷インキ組成物に対して、リン酸、リン酸のアンモニウム塩、リン酸のアルカリ金属塩、リン酸のアルカリ土類金属二水素塩、クエン酸、クエン酸のアンモニウム塩、クエン酸のアルカリ金属塩、クエン酸のマグネシウの塩から成る群から選ばれる一つ以上を粗大な粒子が含まれない条件で添加し、且つ印刷インキ中の水分を減らした印刷インキ組成物。【選択図】なし
