PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing sheet and a packing product comprising enhanced intensity to falling.SOLUTION: A packing sheet of one embodiment comprises a top surface part 2 which is disposed on an upper part of a beverage can, a pair of side surface parts 3 which are disposed on side parts of the beverage can, and gusset parts 10 which are folded inward on end parts of the side surface parts 3. The gusset parts 10 comprise a folded part 11 which is folded inward, and a connection part 12 for connecting the folded part 11 and the top surface part 2, and which is positioned outside of the folded part 11. A first perforation 13 is formed on a boundary zone of the folded part 11 and the connection part 12, and a second perforation 14 is formed on a boundary zone of the folded part 11 and the side surface part 3. The first perforation 13 is formed of a first slit 13a and first connecting parts 13b, 13c which are arranged on both sides of the first slit 13a and connect the folded part 11 and the connection part 12.
