Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire enhancing the steering stability and wet performance with well balance.SOLUTION: In a pneumatic tire, an inside middle lateral groove 15 includes alternately a first inside middle inclined groove 16 having the end edge thereof in an inside middle land part 8, and a second inside middle inclined groove 17 having the end edge thereof in the inside middle land part 8 and inclining in a direction opposite to the first inside middle inclined groove 16. Besides, an outside middle lateral groove 20 includes alternately a first outside middle inclined groove 21 having the end edge thereof in an outside middle land part 9, and a second outside middle inclined groove 22 having the end edge thereof in an outside middle land part 9 and inclining in a direction opposite to the first outside middle inclined groove 21.
