PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat frame which can suppress generation of abnormal sound when a sector gear rotates with height adjustment operation.SOLUTION: The seat frame of a vehicle seat is provided with a seat cushion frame for structuring a frame of a seating part of the vehicle seat, and a height adjustment mechanism 40 which is connected to the seat cushion frame and a rail mechanism of the vehicle seat and adjusts a height of the seat cushion frame. The height adjustment mechanism 40 includes a sector gear 41a rotating with height adjustment operation, a link which vertically moves the height of the seat cushion frame by interlocking with the rotation of the sector gear 41a, and a restriction member 60 which abuts on the sector gear 41a and restricts movement of the sector gear 41a.
