PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure estimation device capable of suppressing the occurrence of a state in which a calibration value cannot be determined.SOLUTION: A blood pressure estimation device includes: a pulse wave signal acquisition unit acquiring a pulse wave signal; a finger detection unit detecting that the finger is in a signal acquisition position allowing acquisition of a pulse wave signal; a blood pressure estimation unit estimating a blood pressure of a subject, based on a pulse wave signal, on condition that it is detected that the finger is in the signal acquisition position; a cuff measurement unit measuring a blood pressure using a cuff, on condition that it is detected the finger is in the signal acquisition position; a calibration value calculation unit calculating a calibration value by using a blood pressure estimated with the blood pressure estimation unit, and a blood pressure measured with the cuff measurement unit; and a calibration unit calibrating a blood pressure estimated with the blood pressure estimation unit by using a calibration value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】校正値を決定できない状況の発生を抑制できる血圧推定装置を提供する。【解決手段】脈波信号を取得する脈波信号取得ユニットと、脈波信号を取得可能な信号取得位置に指があることを検出する指検出ユニットと、信号取得位置に指があることを検出することを条件として、脈波信号に基づき被験者の血圧を推定する血圧推定ユニットと、信号取得位置に指があることを検出することを条件として、カフを用いて血圧を測定するカフ測定ユニットと、血圧推定ユニットにより推定した血圧、及びカフ測定ユニットにより測定した血圧を用いて、校正値を算出する校正値算出ユニットと、血圧推定ユニットが推定した血圧を校正値を用いて校正する校正ユニットとを備える血圧推定装置。【選択図】図２
