Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by detecting a start-up abnormality of a heat pump unit at an early stage and responding to the abnormality.SOLUTION: The heat pump type dryer comprises an outer case, a drying chamber, a circulation air passage, a heat pump unit, a circulation fan, an evaporator outlet temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of an outlet side of a refrigerant in the evaporator, an outside air temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of an outside of the heat pump unit, and a control apparatus capable of executing a drying step by controlling driving of the heat pump unit and driving of the circulation fan. The control apparatus determines it as a start-up abnormal of the heat pump unit when a detection temperature by the evaporator outlet temperature sensor is higher than a detection temperature by the outside air temperature sensor by a predetermined value before a predetermined period elapses from the start of the drying step and notifies that an abnormality occurs or stops the compressor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】ヒートポンプユニットの立ち上がり異常を早期に発見してその異常に対応することで、安全性を高める。【解決手段】ヒートポンプ式乾燥機は、外箱と、乾燥室と、循環風路と、ヒートポンプユニットと、循環ファンと、蒸発器における冷媒の出口側の温度を検出する蒸発器出口温度センサと、ヒートポンプユニットの外部の温度を検出する外気温度センサと、ヒートポンプユニットの駆動及び循環ファンの駆動を制御して乾燥工程を実行可能な制御装置と、を備える。制御装置は、乾燥工程を開始してから所定期間経過するまでに蒸発器出口温度センサによる検出温度が外気温度センサによる検出温度よりも所定値以上高くなった場合にヒートポンプユニットの立ち上がり異常と判断して異常が発生した旨を報知する又は圧縮機を停止する。【選択図】図5
