PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point system capable of imparting a point while considering conveniences of both of a user and a business operator by calculating the point while considering the situation on the day of use and a route which may be used by the user.SOLUTION: Disclosed point system includes: an acceptable route calculation section; and an imparting point calculation section. The acceptable route calculation section calculates an acceptable route of a user based on a recommended route which is recommended when the user moves, a piece of recommend information including scheduled points scheduled on the recommended route and actual services offered relevant to the traffic on the day of the movement of the user.
