Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam cooker capable of improving a finishing state of cooking without lowering a deoiling effect.SOLUTION: A steam cooker includes a steam generation heater for generating steam, and a steam heating heater for generating super-heated steam by raising the temperature of the steam generated in the steam generation heater and for circulating and heating the steam in a heating chamber, and the steam cooker cooks a cooking object F by using the steam supplied into the heating chamber. It includes: a first cooking step of cooking the cooking object F by making supply power of the steam generation heater larger than supply power of the steam heating heater; and a second cooking step of cooking the cooking object F by making the supply power of the steam generation heater smaller than supply power of the steam heating heater.
