Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a spindle without using a large device and implementing significant structure change, in a transmission device having ball-type detent mechanisms.SOLUTION: A shift operation member 51 is slidably supported by a spindle 52, ball-type detent mechanisms 57 capable of holding the shift operation member 51 at any of a plurality of transmission positions, are disposed, a pair of recessed grooves 55 with which a ball 59 is engaged at each of operation positions of both side end portions in the shift direction of the shift operation member 51 are formed while distributed to one side part and the other side part in the shaft center direction of the spindle 52, the detent mechanisms 57 are disposed at both side end portions in the shaft center direction of a boss portion 51A in the shift operation member 51, and an interval W1 of the recessed grooves 55b and 55c positioned at the most one side and the most other side in the shaft center direction of the spindle 52 is set to be narrower than a clearance W2 of the pair of detent mechanisms 57.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ボール式のデテント機構を有する変速装置において、装置が大型化したり、大幅な構造変更を必要とすることなく、支軸の折損を回避できるようにする。【解決手段】シフト操作部材51が摺動自在に支軸52に支持され、シフト操作部材51を複数の変速位置のいずれかに位置保持自在なボール式のデテント機構57が備えられ、シフト操作部材51のシフト方向の両側端部夫々の操作位置にてボール59が係合する一対の凹入溝55が、支軸52における軸心方向の一方側箇所と他方側箇所とに振り分けて形成されるとともに、デテント機構57が、シフト操作部材51におけるボス部51Aの軸心方向両側端部に夫々備えられ、支軸52の最も軸心方向一方側及び他方側に位置する凹入溝55b,55cの間隔W1が、一対のデテント機構57の間隔W2よりも狭く設定されている。【選択図】図3 |
