Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring assembly facilitating surface treatment and including a densely winding part capable of reducing striking sound.SOLUTION: A spring assembly 1 includes: a compression coil spring 2 in which when it telescopically moves within a use range from a shortest state to a longest state, an undulated part W is generated in a radial direction by buckling; and a guide member 3 configured to guide the compression coil spring 2 from the radial direction. In a free length state being a state of the compression coil spring 2 before assembled into the spring assemble 1, the compression coil spring 2 includes a sparsely winding part 20 and a densely winding part 21 having a pitch smaller than that of the sparsely winding part 20. The densely winding part 21 is set to a portion where the undulated part W occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】表面処理が簡単で、打音を低減可能な密巻部を備えるスプリングアセンブリを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】スプリングアセンブリ1は、最短状態から最長状態までの使用範囲において伸縮する際、座屈により径方向のうねり部Wが発生する圧縮コイルばね2と、圧縮コイルばね2を径方向からガイドするガイド部材3と、を備える。スプリングアセンブリ1に組み込む前の圧縮コイルばね2の状態である自由長状態において、圧縮コイルばね2は、疎巻部20と、疎巻部20よりもピッチが小さい密巻部21と、を有する。密巻部21は、うねり部Wが発生する部分に設定される。【選択図】図2 |
