PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure for an external floor, the waterproof structure making a process be hardly influenced by a weather even in the case of using an adhesion construction method, making it easy to manage an adhesive agent, and having high external heat insulation performance.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure 1 for an external floor 2 includes heat insulation materials 11, 12 on an underfloor 4 to inhibit a layer over the heat insulation materials 11, 12 from being influenced by the wet underfloor 4 and make a process be hardly influenced by a weather even in the case of using an adhesion construction method in which a waterproof sheet 20 is made to adhere. Fixing the heat insulation materials 11, 12 and a heat insulation material presser plate 13 on the underfloor 4 by using a fixation screw 16 requires no adhesive agent in fixing the heat insulation materials 11, 12 and the heat insulation material presser plate 13 on the underfloor 4. Also, a plurality of layers of heat insulation material are fixed. Therefore, only preparation of an adhesion agent 17 between the heat insulation material presser plate 13 and the waterproof sheet 20 is enough to make it easy to manage the adhesion agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 【課題】密着工法を用いた場合であっても、工程が天候の影響を受けにくく、かつ、接着剤の管理も容易な高外断熱性能を有した外部床の防水構造を提供する。【解決手段】外部床２の防水構造１では、床下地４の上に断熱材１１，１２を設けることにより、断熱材１１，１２より上の層については湿潤した床下地４の影響を受けることをなくし、防水シート２０が接着された密着工法においても、工程が天候の影響を受けにくくする。また、断熱材１１，１２および断熱材押さえ板１３を、固定ビス１６によって床下地４に対して固定することにより、床下地４に対する断熱材１１，１２や断熱材押さえ板１３の固定にあたり接着剤を不要とし、さらに複数層の断熱材を固定する。よって、断熱材押さえ板１３と防水シート２０との間の接着剤１７を用意するのみでよく、接着剤の管理を容易とする。【選択図】図１２
