PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transdermal therapeutic system for diagnosing and treating a pre-stage of skin cancer such as actinic keratosis, and oncological dermatosis.SOLUTION: A transdermal therapeutic system includes a rear side layer having active ingredient impermeability, a polymer matrix including active ingredients and a peelable protective layer, in which the active ingredient is 5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride, a base polymer of the polymer matrix is adhesive polyacrylate, and the polyacrylate is obtained without crosslinking agent.
