Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of suppressing reduction of a coating condition of a sheet and enhancing molding quality even in the case of a molding substrate with large elevation difference targeting a deep-draw molded article.SOLUTION: A substrate fixture 5 holds a molding substrate 2, a pressure reduction part for reducing pressure of a lower frame chamber 10A is arranged with a status for sandwiching a sheet edge 3a of a sheet 3 between a frame upper edge 10a of a lower frame 10 and a frame lower edge 20a of an upper frame 20, a control part 6 conducts contact heating on the sheet 3 sandwiched by the frame upper edge 10a and the frame lower edge 20a and then controls the sheet 3 to cover a surface of the molding substrate 2 by reducing pressure of the lower frame chamber 10A by the pressure reduction part and increasing the pressure without contacting a substrate fixture 5 and a hot plate 4 with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】深絞り成形品を対象とした高低差の大きな成形基材の場合であっても、シートの被覆状態が低下するのを抑え、成形品質の向上を図ることが可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】基材治具5に成形基材2を保持し、下枠10の枠上縁部10aと上枠20の枠下縁部20aとの間にシート3のシート端縁3aを挟持した状態で、下枠チャンバー10Aを減圧する減圧部が設けられ、制御部6は、枠上縁部10aと枠下縁部20aに挟持されたシート3に対して接触加熱を行い、その後、下枠チャンバー10Aを減圧部により減圧させ、基材治具5及び熱板4を互いに接触させないように上昇させることで、シート3を成形基材2の表面に被覆するように制御する。【選択図】図1
