Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that if the size of a column made on a notebook is subjected to an own will of a learner, no space is made and learning effect is not fully provided, and further, a conventional notebook does not fully demonstrate a function as recorder of learning.SOLUTION: Learning is progressed by using a notebook comprising a plurality of vertical ruled lines and three horizontal ruled lines arrayed with a constant interval within a square frame or a notebook sheet, having a specified relation in terms of height of four columns formed with three horizontal ruled lines and an upper end part, a lower end part, a right end part and a left end part of the notebook sheet or a square frame. Thus, a margin is produced according to a learning stage for improved learning effect. Further, by adding a specified sheet with a perforation to a notebook, a function of recording learning is added.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ノートに作られる欄の大きさを学習者の自由に任せると空白が作成されず学習効果が十分に得られなかった。また、従来のノートは学習の記録としての機能を十分に発揮していなかった。【解決手段】ノート用紙もしくは四角枠内に等間隔に並んだ複数の縦罫線と3本の横罫線とからなり、それら3本の横罫線と、ノート用紙の上端部、下端部、右端部および左端部もしくは四角枠により形成される4つの欄の高さが規定の関係を有するノート用紙を利用して学習を進めることにより、学習段階に応じた余白を生み出して学習効果を向上している。また、ミシン目入りの所定の用紙をノートに付加することにより学習の記録としての機能を付与している。【選択図】図2
