Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a constant voltage input/output circuit for a dynamo or motor, which increases a degree of freedom in control range of voltage of output power, and is able to efficiently rectify, step-up and step-down output power.SOLUTION: A constant-voltage input/output circuit 1 operates in a bipolar circuit or unipolar circuit. To switch the constant voltage input/output circuit 1 to the bipolar circuit or unipolar circuit, a first electrode 6a of a capacitor 6 and a neutral point 22 of a dynamo 2 are connected or disconnected by a third switching part 9. A state in which the first electrode 6a of the capacitor 6 and the neutral point 22 of the dynamo 2 are disconnected by the third switching part 9 is the bipolar circuit. A state in which the first electrode 6a of the capacitor 6 and the neutral point 22 of the dynamo 2 are connected by the third switching part 9 is the unipolar circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】出力電力の電圧の制御範囲の自由度を高くし、出力電力を効率良く整流、昇圧及び降圧することができる発電機又はモータの定電圧入出力回路を提供する。【解決手段】定電圧入出力回路1はバイポーラ回路又はユニポーラ回路のいずれかの状態で動作する。定電圧入出力回路1をバイポーラ回路又はユニポーラ回路のいずれかに切り替えるには、コンデンサ6の第1電極6aと発電機2の中性点22とを第3スイッチング部9によって接続された状態か又は切断された状態かのいずれかの状態にすることで切り替えることができる。コンデンサ6の第1電極6aと発電機2の中性点22とが第3スイッチング部9によって切断された状態がバイポーラ回路であり、コンデンサ6の第1電極6aと発電機2の中性点22とを第3スイッチング部9によって接続された状態がユニポーラ回路である。【選択図】図1
