Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of an embedded magnet type rotor in which magnetization magnetic field emitted from a magnetization yoke when a magnet is magnetized reaches a magnet via an iron core material unlike a surface magnet type rotor having a magnet mounted on the surface of an iron core, so that magnetization is more difficult as compared with the surface magnet type.SOLUTION: A magnetizing yoke comprises a main yoke 6 and an auxiliary yoke 7. First, the main yoke 6 made of a magnetic material has a back yoke portion 8 and teeth portions 9, and a main yoke magnetization coil 10 is wound around each of the teeth portions 9. The main yoke magnetization coils 10 are wound so that magnetic fields of reverse polarities occur in the adjacent teeth portions 9 by energizing the main yoke magnetization coils 10 in a predetermined direction. The main yoke 6 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the rotor 3 and has the same number of teeth portions 9 as the number of the magnets 2 to be embedded in the rotor 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】埋め込み磁石型のロータは、磁石を鉄心の表面に配した表面磁石型のロータと異なり、磁石を着磁する際に着磁ヨークから発する着磁磁界が鉄心材料を介して磁石に到達することから、表面磁石型よりも着磁が困難になるという課題を有している。【解決手段】着磁ヨークは主ヨーク6と補助ヨーク7から構成される。まず、磁性体で構成される主ヨーク6は、バックヨーク部8とティース部9を有し、ティース部9は各々主ヨーク着磁コイル10が巻き回されている。この主ヨーク着磁コイル10に所定の方向に通電することで隣接するティース部9は逆極の磁界が発生するように巻き回している。なお、主ヨーク6はロータ3の外周側に配し、ロータ3に埋め込まれる磁石2の数と同数のティース部9を有する。【選択図】図2
