Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil for an internal combustion engine, which is able to improve production efficiency.SOLUTION: An ignition coil 1 for an internal combustion engine according to the present embodiment comprises: a primary coil 11, a secondary coil 12, a center coil 13, an outer peripheral core 2, an igniter 3, a case 4, a connector part 5, and a relay member 6. The relay member 6 electrically connects the outer peripheral core 2 and a grounding terminal member 52. The relay member 6 has: a base part 61 disposed along a rear face of an engagement wall 50; an upward extension part 62 extending rearward from the base part 61; and a curved part 63 extended in a vertical direction Z orthogonal to a coil axial direction X while upwardly curved toward a rear direction from the rear end of the upward extension part 62. The base part 61 is in contact with a grounding inside terminal at one end in the vertical direction Z. The upward extension part 62 is disposed outside the igniter 3 in a horizontal direction Y. The curved part 63 is in pressure contact with the front face 211 of the outer peripheral core 2 while elastically deformed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製造効率を向上することができる内燃機関用の点火コイルを提供すること。【解決手段】本実施形態の内燃機関用の点火コイル1は、一次コイル11と二次コイル12と中心コア13と外周コア2とイグナイタ3とケース4とコネクタ部5と中継部材6とを有する。中継部材6は、外周コア2と接地端子部材52とを電気的に接続する。中継部材6は、係合壁50の後面に沿って配される基部61と、基部61から後方へ立設された立設部62と、立設部62の後端から、後方に凸となるように湾曲しつつコイル軸方向Xに直交する縦方向Zに延設された湾曲部63とを有する。基部61は、縦方向Zの一端において、接地内側端子に接触している。立設部62は、横方向Yにおいてイグナイタ3よりも外側に配されている。湾曲部63は、弾性変形しつつ外周コア2の前面211に圧接している。【選択図】図1 |
