Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve control effect, when a control object includes a plurality of variable factors with different phases in executing feed forward control of plant equipment such as a rolling machine, by appropriately adjusting a phase shift amount of control output.SOLUTION: When performing feed forward control of a processing treatment of a control object on the basis of a variation of a pre-control state amount thereof caused by variation factors included in the control object, a plant control device: acquires a phase difference between the variation of the pre-control state amount and the variation of a post-control state amount which is a state amount of the control object after the processing treatment; and decides a phase shift amount until a measurement result of the pre-control state amount is reflected in the feed forward control on the basis of the phase difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】圧延機をはじめとするプラントにおいてフィードフォワード制御を実施する場合において、位相の異なる複数の変動要因を制御対象が含んでいる場合に、制御出力の位相シフト量を好適に調整して制御効果を高めること。【解決手段】制御対象が含む変動要因に基づいて前記制御対象に発生した制御前状態量の変動に基づき、制御対象の加工処理に際してフィードフォワード制御を行うプラント制御装置であって、制御前状態量の変動と、加工処理が行われたあとの制御対象の状態量である制御後状態量の変動の位相差を取得し、その位相差に基づき、制御前状態量の計測結果をフィードフォワード制御に反映させるまでの位相シフト量を決定することを特徴とする。【選択図】図9
