Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the management cost of a plurality of pieces of evidence video data relating to accidents in each individual police office and an increase in the volume of memory capacity of a storage, easily generate evidence video data in a format conforming to the request of a submission organ to which the evidence video data is submitted, and reduce the processing load of transcoding and ease constraints at the time of communication to the submission organ.SOLUTION: A branch office base server 33 copies evidence video data mo1 as ordinal data, transcodes the evidence video data mo1 obtained by copying and generates conformant evidence video data mc1 conforming to a standard format, and transmits it to a headquarter base server 13. The branch office base server 33 preserves the original evidence video data mo1 in a cold storage 31. The headquarter base server 13 preserves the conformant evidence video data mc1 transmitted from the branch office base server 33 in a hot storage 11, and transmits this conformant evidence video data mc1 to a submission organ PC65 which is a submission organ such as a court or the prosecution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】個々の警察署における事件に関する複数の証拠映像データの管理コスト並びにストレージの記憶容量の増大を抑制し、証拠映像データの提出先となる提出機関の要請に適合するフォーマットの証拠映像データを容易に生成し、トランスコード処理の処理負荷を軽減して提出機関への通信時の制約を緩和する。【解決手段】支部拠点サーバ33は、原本データとしての証拠映像データmo1をコピーし、コピーにより得られた証拠映像データmo1をトランスコードして標準フォーマットに準拠した準拠証拠映像データmc1を生成し、本部拠点サーバ13に送信する。支部拠点サーバ33は、原本の証拠映像データmo1をコールドストレージ31に保存する。本部拠点サーバ13は、支部拠点サーバ33から送信された準拠証拠映像データmc1をホットストレージ11に保存し、この準拠証拠映像データmc1を裁判・検察等の提出機関の提出機関PC65に送信する。【選択図】図1
