Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly lift/lower a structure by suspending while keeping a structure horizontal by minimizing fluctuations of a load distribution by eliminating differences in height positions of suspension positions.SOLUTION: A method for suspension lifting/lowering adjustment of a structure includes: a process in which wire ropes from which slack is removed in a temporary winding process are wound so that a structure is lifted off from the ground and is halted (a lift-off process); a process in which winch drums carry out winding or unwinding operations so that height positions of suspension points of the structure become uniform and the structure is horizontal (a process of adjusting height positions of suspension points on both ends of the structure during winding); a process in which the height positions of the suspension points of the structure are set as the zero point (a process of correcting the zero point during winding); a process in which the winch drums carry out a winding operation at a constant speed (a winding process); a process in which if the displacement difference between the height position of a suspension point set as a reference and the height position of other suspension points deviates from a threshold value during the winding process, winding is temporarily halted and the process is returned to the process of adjusting height positions of suspension points on both ends of the structure during winding (a process of monitoring the height of suspension points during winding); and a process in which if a load acting on the winch drums exceeds a stop setting value, winding is temporarily halted, the height positions of the suspension points are adjusted so that the load is the stop setting value or lower, and the process is returned to the process of adjusting height positions of suspension points on both ends of the structure during winding (a process of monitoring a load during winding).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】各吊点の高さ位置の差をなくして荷重分配の変動を最小限に抑え、構造物を水平に保持しつつ円滑に吊上げ下げする。【解決手段】仮巻上工程で緩みをなくしたワイヤロープを巻上げ、構造物を地面から浮き上がらせて停止させ(地切工程)、構造物の吊点の高さ位置が同一となるようウインチドラムを巻上げ・巻下げして水平とし(巻上時両端吊点高さ位置調整工程)、構造物の吊点の高さ位置を0点として設定し(巻上時0点補正工程)、ウインチドラムを等速で巻上げ(巻上工程)、この間、基準として設定された吊点の高さ位置とそれ以外の吊点の高さ位置との変位差が閾値を外れた場合には一旦巻上げを停止し、巻上時両端吊点高さ位置調整工程へ戻し(巻上時吊点高さ監視工程)、ウインチドラムに作用する荷重が停止設定値を超えた場合には一旦巻上げを停止し、各吊点の高さ位置を調整して荷重を停止設定値以下とした後、巻上時両端吊点高さ位置調整工程へ戻す(巻上時荷重監視工程)。【選択図】図9
