PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular back door, whose design is improved by making a concealing layer formed at a lower edge part of a window panel invisible without using a back door garnish.SOLUTION: The vehicular back door comprises: an inner panel (3) having an opening (13) for a window; a window panel (9) that closes the opening (13) for a window of the inner panel (3) at a rear side of a vehicle; and outer panels (5) mounted on both sides in a vertical direction of the window panel (9) to oppose to a rear side of the vehicle, with respect to the inner panel (3). At the outer periphery part of the window panel (9) is formed a concealing layer (59), and an upper edge part of the lower panel (65), of the outer panels (5) constitutes a cover part (103) to cover a lower edge part having the concealing layer (59) formed of the window panel (9), at the rear side of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】バックドアガーニッシュを用いることなく窓パネルの下縁部に設けられた隠蔽層を隠してバックドアの意匠性を向上させる。【解決手段】窓用開口（13）を有するインナパネル（3）と、インナパネル（3）の窓用開口（13）を車両後側で閉塞する窓パネル（9）と、インナパネル（3）に対し窓パネル（9）の上下両側で車両後方に対向させて取り付けられたアウタパネル（5）とを備え、窓パネル（9）の外周部分には隠蔽層（59）が設けられ、アウタパネル（5）のうちロアパネル（65）の上縁部は、窓パネル（9）のうち隠蔽層（59）が設けられた下縁部に車両後側で被さるカバー部（103）を構成している。【選択図】図３
