Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus capable of reducing a dark current component included in the signal charge of a photoelectric conversion region.SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus includes a transfer transistor Td, a reset transistor Tc, a potential generation part 933, and a first voltage output circuit 931. The transfer transistor Td includes a photoelectric conversion region PD and a floating diffusion region FD. The reset transistor Tc includes the floating diffusion region FD and an impurity region. The impurity region is electrically connected to a power supply line. The potential generation part 933 generates a second voltage which is a voltage between a first voltage and a ground voltage.
