Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure switch capable of suppressing cost by reducing the number of components in a pressure switch of a body ground structure using a metallic diaphragm.SOLUTION: A pressure switch 100 comprises: a conductive joint 111 including a duct 111a for supplying a pressure of an actuation medium; a diaphragm 200 which is displaced in response to the pressure of the actuation medium and has conductivity; a terminal 132 provided with a contact member fitting part 132a to fit a contact member which is brought into contact with the diaphragm 200, thereto when the diaphragm 200 is displaced to an atmospheric pressure side, and a signal transmission part 132b for transmitting an ON/OFF signal to an external circuit; and an insulative terminal block 131 for fixing the terminal 132. In the diaphragm 200, a bowl-shaped pressure reaction part 200a which is displaced in response to the pressure of the actuation medium is formed in a central part and a gear-shaped belleville spring part including a leaf spring 200b is formed in an outer peripheral part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】本発明の目的は、金属製のダイヤフラムを使用したボディアース構造の圧力スイッチにおいて、部品数を少なくし、コストを抑制することができる圧力スイッチを提供することである。【解決手段】本発明の圧力スイッチ100は、作動媒体の圧力を供給する管路111aを有する導電性の継手111と、作動媒体の圧力に応じて変位し、導電性を有するダイヤフラム200と、ダイヤフラム200が大気圧側に変位したときに、ダイヤフラム200に接触する接点部材が取り付けられる接点部材取付部132aと、外部回路にON/OFF信号を送出する信号送出部132bとが設けられた端子132と、端子132を固定する絶縁性の端子台131とを備え、ダイヤフラム200には、中央部に作動媒体の圧力に応じて変位するお椀形状の圧力応動部200aと、外周部に板ばね200bを備える歯車形状の皿ばね部とが形成されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
