Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveyance device which can reliably separate a preceding sheet from a following sheet to discharge the sheet to an accumulation part at a prescribed time and position and improve productivity and sheet loading alignment property.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A sheet conveyance device 37 comprises a processing tray 51, a loading tray 36 and a roller pair 00 which is rotatable normally/reversely so as to convey the sheet in the conveyance direction from the processing tray to the loading tray and the reverse direction. The processing tray includes an auxiliary support member 56 which can advance/retreat between the position extending from the downstream end of a sheet support surface 55 to the upper side of the loading tray and the position retreated into the plane of the sheet support surface. The following sheet is overlapped on the preceding sheet on the processing tray so as to be displaced to the upstream side in the conveyance direction, both sheets are conveyed in the conveyance direction, and the auxiliary support member is moved to the extension position from the stand-by position in the state where the upstream end of the preceding sheet passes a nip point of the roller pair and the following sheet is held by the roller pair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】シート搬送装置において、先行するシートを後続のシートから確実に分離して集積部に所定の時間、位置で排出でき、生産性、シート積載整列性を向上させる。【課題手段】シート搬送装置３７は、処理トレイ５１と、積載トレイ３６と、シートを処理トレイから積載トレイへの搬出方向及び逆方向に搬送する正逆回転可能なローラー対００とを備える。処理トレイは、シート支持面５５下流端から積載トレイ上方に向けて延出した位置とシート支持面の平面内に待避した位置との間で進退可能な補助支持部材５６を有する。処理トレイ上の先行するシートの上に後続するシートを搬出方向上流側に位置をずらして重ね、両シートを搬出方向に搬送し、先行するシートの上流端がローラー対のニップ点を通過しかつ後続するシートがローラー対で挟持されている状態で、補助支持部材を待避位置から延出位置に移動させる。【選択図】図４
