Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching unit being stable even in a finishing quality, by shortening a required time for teaching a set position regardless of a skilled level of an operator.SOLUTION: The tip of an optical fiber 32 is held in a tip opening 34 of a dummy sleeve 31, so that the tip of the optical fiber 32 becomes substantially the same as a falling position of a thread solder piece 18 supplied to a set position P. The optical fiber 32 becomes a virtual thread solder piece 18, and provides a view point of the thread solder piece 18 supplied to a tip part 22 of a sleeve 12. An operator can teach the set position P while driving a device 10 by a driving mechanism part 14 by using a tip view field image 51 photographed by the optical fiber 32 by which a view point coincides with the thread solder piece 18 supplied to the tip part 22 of the sleeve 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】作業者の熟練度にかかわらず設定位置の教示に必要な時間が短縮され、仕上がりの品質も安定する教示ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】ダミースリーブ31の先端開口34に光ファイバー32の先端を保持することにより、光ファイバー32の先端は設定位置Pへ供給される糸はんだ片18が落下する位置とほぼ同一となる。光ファイバー32は、仮想的な糸はんだ片18となって、スリーブ12の先端部22に供給される糸はんだ片18の視点を提供する。作業者は、スリーブ12の先端部22へ供給される糸はんだ片18と視点が一致する光ファイバー32で撮影した先端視野画像51を用いて、駆動機構部14によって装置10を駆動しながら設定位置Pを教示することができる。【選択図】図1
