PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive coating device, an adhesion processing device and a coating method of an adhesive, capable of restraining the device inside from being stained by the adhesive having not coated an object to be coated.SOLUTION: An adhesive coating device is provided with a nozzle 50 for discharging an adhesive toward an object to be coated with the adhesive, and is provided with a receiving member 75 for receiving and collecting the adhesive having not coated the object to be coated after a discharge from the nozzle 50, and is also provided with a cleaning part for cleaning the adhesive stuck to the inside of a body 53 by supplying a cleaning liquid into the body 53 of the nozzle 50, and the receiving member 75 receives and collects the adhesive, as well as the liquid including the cleaning liquid used for cleaning the inside of the body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】装置内部が塗布対象物に塗布されなかった接着剤によって汚れるのを抑制可能な接着剤塗布装置、接着加工装置及び接着剤の塗布方法を提供する。【解決手段】接着剤塗布装置は、接着剤の塗布対象物に向けて、接着剤を吐出するノズル５０が設けられ、前記ノズル５０から吐出され、塗布対象物に塗布されなかった接着剤を受け止め回収する受け止め部材７５を備えた。また、前記ノズル５０の本体５３内部に洗浄液を供給し、前記本体５３内部に付着した接着剤を洗浄する洗浄部を備え、前記受け止め部材７５は、接着剤に加え、前記本体内部の洗浄に用いられた使用済み洗浄液を含む液体を受け止め回収する。【選択図】図３
