Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroluminescence (EL) element light extraction film which provides superior light extracting efficiency and reduces glare by suppressing light in a large exit angle range when used together with an EL element to constitute a surface light emitter, and to provide a surface emitter having the same.SOLUTION: An electroluminescence element light extraction film 10 has one surface provided with an optical functional layer 13 having a number of protrusions 11a formed on an outer surface thereof. On the outer surface of the optical functional layer 13, a reflective layer 11b is formed only on a surface of each protrusion 11a, the reflective layer 11b extending from a base of the protrusion 11a toward a tip end side thereof to a height that is 30-95% of a height of the protrusion 11a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】エレクトロルミネッセンス(EL)素子とともに面発光体を構成したときに、光取り出し効率に優れ、かつ、出射角度の大きい領域の光が抑制され、グレアを低減できるEL素子用光取り出しフィルムと、該フィルムを備えた面発光体を提供する。【解決手段】一方の面に光学機能層13を有し、該光学機能層13の外側面に多数の凸部11aが形成されたエレクトロルミネッセンス素子用光取り出しフィルム10であって、光学機能層13の外側面には、凸部11aの表面のみに、該凸部11aの基端部から先端部側に向かって反射層11bが形成され、該反射層11bの高さは、凸部11aの高さの30〜95%である。【選択図】図1 |
