PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink preparation tool with a spout and a drink container capable of preparing drink by mixing a first content and a second content in a second chamber in a short time by simple operation with one hand.SOLUTION: A drink preparation tool 1 with a spout is used for preparing drink by mixing first and second contents in a second chamber in a drink container body 11 including a first container 12 having a first chamber 12a accommodating a first content S1 and a second container 13 having a second chamber 13a accommodating a second content L1, and has a spout for drinking the drink. The drink container body arranges therein the first container above the second container so that a bottom face of the first chamber and a top face of the second chamber face each other. The drink preparation tool with a spout includes: a spout; and a generally cylindrical puncture part continuing to the spout and capable of puncture and penetrate a top face and the bottom face of the first chamber and the top face of the second chamber.
