PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for crop raising support and a program thereof, which allow a farming person to quickly grasp a raising state of crop and a fertilizer application amount at a farm field by using a mobile terminal such as a smartphone.SOLUTION: An image of crops R in a farm field F captured by a smartphone 2 is sent to a server 1 being a crop raising support device with pieces of positional information corresponding to plural seedlings designated in the image, then an analysis area is specified based on the points designated on the server 1, then a brightness value in which verdure of the crops R is enhanced, from each pixel in the analysis area and a histogram is generated. Then, based on the image which is binarized by shape analysis of histogram, a vegetation rate, an estimated growth amount, and an ear manuring amount are calculated, then the estimated growth amount and the ear manuring amount are replied to the smartphone 2, then they are displayed on a screen as raising support information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】スマートフォン等のモバイル端末を利用して、圃場において農作物の育成状況と施肥量を営農者が即座に把握することができる農作物育成支援のための装置とそのプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】スマートフォン２で撮影した圃場Ｆの農作物Ｒの画像を、その画像中で指定された複数株に対応する点の位置情報と共に農作物育成支援装置であるサーバ１に送信し、サーバ１において指定された点から解析領域を特定し、解析領域中の各画素から農作物Ｒの緑を強調した輝度値を算出すると共にヒストグラムを生成し、ヒストグラムの形状解析により二値化した画像から植被率、推定生育量、穂肥量を順次算出して、推定生育量と穂肥量をスマートフォン２に返信して育成支援情報として画面表示させるように構成したシステムを構築した。【選択図】図１
