Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a device, as a matter off course, to effectively share a magnetic flux between adjacent magnetic poles, and to offset magnetic attraction force acting between an armature and a movable element.SOLUTION: In order to solve the foregoing problem, a linear motor according to the invention comprises: a movable element having a plurality of permanent magnets aligned such that magnetization directions thereof are reverse to one another; two first magnetic pole teeth arranged on one side-face of each of the permanent magnets; two second magnetic pole teeth arranged on another side-face of the permanent magnet; and a coil disposed on each of the first and second magnetic pole teeth, the movable element and the first and second magnetic pole teeth being moved relative to each other. The first and second magnetic pole teeth are connected by a magnetic body forming a magnetic flux path. Magnetic teeth connecting the first and second magnetic pole teeth adjacent in the direction of the relative movement are arranged with spaces left between them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20 【課題】装置の小型化が図れることは勿論、隣り合う磁極間の有効な磁束の共有化が図れ、かつ、電機子と可動子との間に働く磁気吸引力が相殺されること。【解決手段】本発明のリニアモータは、上記課題を解決するために、磁化方向を反転させつつ複数個並んだ永久磁石を有する可動子と、前記永久磁石の一側面に配置された2つの第1の磁極歯と、前記永久磁石の他側面に配置された2つの第2の磁極歯と、前記第1の磁極歯と第2の磁極歯それぞれに配置された巻線と、を備え、前記可動子及び前記第1、第2の磁極歯が相対移動するリニアモータであって、それぞれの前記第1、第2の磁極歯は、磁束の経路を形成する磁性体で繋がれ、前記相対移動の方向に隣接する前記第1の磁極歯及び前記第2の磁極歯を繋ぐ磁極歯は、空隙をもって配置されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図20
